Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to make returns as hassle-free as possible. Our return policy is available under specific circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the product is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a 7-day return window.
  • Product Authenticity: If the item is not genuine, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must notify us immediately upon delivery. To ensure a valid claim, please record a video of the unboxing process, including the sealed package. Without this video, we will not be able to process your return.
  • Incorrect Product: If the product is not as described or differs from the website image, please contact us within 24 hours. Keep the package sealed until inspected.
  • Promotional Items: Products purchased through sales, discounts, or flash deals are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please check the items carefully before confirming payment in front of the delivery agent.

Additional Information:

  • Product Quality: Since we are not the manufacturer, we cannot accept returns for dissatisfaction with quality unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
  • Returns are only valid if the item is in good condition. Scratched, dirty, or broken products will not be accepted.
  • Software-related issues, such as bugs or improvements, are outside of our return policy.
  • Once the seal is broken, the item cannot be returned.
  • If you cancel an order after dispatch, you will be responsible for any delivery charges.
  • Exchanges are not possible under our policy.
  • We do not address minor discrepancies in product images, descriptions, or information. These are not grounds for a return.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following situations:

  • Replacement Unavailable: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.
  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock and you request a refund, we will process it promptly.
  • Delivery Charges: The delivery charge, determined by our system, is non-refundable.

Refund Timeline:

  • Most refunds are processed within 7-25 days once we receive and approve your return.
  • For payments made by credit card, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 7-15 working days.
  • If you paid via Bkash, Rocket, or Mobile Banking, the refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please Note:

  • In the case of pre-order or advance payment, the amount is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel an order after full payment, a penalty of BDT 1000 or 70% of the order value will apply. The remaining balance can only be used for other product purchases.

Warranty Policy

We offer a warranty on products depending on the type of warranty provided by the manufacturer or Liliput Shop .

  • Brand Warranty: If the product is covered by a brand warranty, please notify us during the warranty period. We will liaise with the brand to resolve the issue within 10-25 working days.
  • Replacement Warranty: Available only for manufacturing defects, and only one replacement will be offered within the warranty period. Products with scratches or dents are not eligible for replacement.
  • Warranty claims may take up to 3-4 weeks, as it may involve replacement or repairs. By placing an order, you agree to this time frame.

Liliput Shop  Warranty:

  • We offer a 7-day warranty from the date of receiving your product for any manufacturing defects.
  • Only one replacement is provided during the warranty period.
  • The warranty period starts from the day you receive the product.

Important Information:

  • If you cannot find warranty details in the product description, it is not covered by a specific warranty and will be governed by our basic return/refund policies.
  • Warranty is valid as long as the authorized distributor continues services. If services are discontinued, we cannot provide warranty support.
  • Please consider your purchase carefully, as returns or exchanges are limited to manufacturing defects only.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items or sending them back after repairs or replacements.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, and will be deducted from any refund issued.

How to Submit a Request

To initiate a return, refund, or warranty request, please provide:

  • Order ID, Email, or Phone Number.
  • You can contact us through email or direct phone call.
  • In most cases, we may request a video of the unboxing process to verify the condition of the product. Please ensure you record this when you receive the product.

Note: Failure to provide necessary details or improper behavior may lead to the cancellation of your request.

We do not accept orders from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please refrain from placing an order. We will not be responsible for any return or refund claims made by minors.
